Elements of Emotion

Thrilled to announce the Elements of Emotion series launching in 2023. 5 immersive half day workshops which will culminate in a weekend long retreat to celebrate the 5 elements within YOU! 

Movement

Our classes and workshops are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. We offer dance and yoga sessions for those who love or want to move.

Wellbeing Days

We offer holistic wellness days in beautiful locations, sometimes out in nature, sometimes cocooned in luxury.

Retreats

Fusing yoga, dance, nature and a sublime spa experience, we offer a retreat weekend like no other.

From the moment you put your bags down we will scoop you up so you can relinquish any responsibility, aside from making sure you feel truly nourished with our support and compassionate guidance.

Our itinerary is loose to reflect the slow rejuvenating pace you should expect from your stay with us. Nothing is obligatory, we simply invite you to enjoy and soak up the sensation of Golowi.

Movement for me has such depth of meaning, from finding the flow in the form of dance or surrendering to a grounding yoga pose; to movement within the mind by simply listening to some music that resonates within us.

I truly believe that we can all enjoy the dynamics of movement to some extent with its healing benefits being far reaching and super powerful.

I work with everyone who loves to move from performance dance students to people who can show me their joy of inward movement by solely moving their eyes due to disability and physical need. Adults and children alike enjoy moving with me and finding their inner glow. .
