Our sublime Retreat…
Announcing an exciting weekend retreat, soak up the Sublime at Mullion Cove Hotel.
This ALL INCLUSIVE retreat is happening at the stunning Mullion Cove Hotel from Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th October 2025
It will include the following:
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in a room of your choosing (see the table below for prices)
A delicious, healthy lunch, created especially for the retreaters to nourish and refresh after our fitness and wellness activities! Also scrummy snacks ~ we'll be needing some energy for some of the activities on offer this weekend!
Full use of award winning spa facilities on a daily basis.
3 movement & yoga classes each day ~ these are all optional.

any spa therapies
I will be holding space for anyone who would like a 1:1 yoga / in body movement therapy session

Look
Hosted by Mullion Cove Hotel, with mesmerising views and an amazing spa - you’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Mullion Cove is stunning in the sunshine and exhilarating in wild weather, so whatever the Cornish weather throws at us we’ll soak it all up.

Move
The weekend will encompass yoga, dance and movement. We will explore getting into our bodies in more and less traditional ways - expect asana, meditation, pranayama, somatic movement, choreography and wild abandon. Nothing is compulsory, everything is approached with humour and curiosity.

FEEL
Ample time in the spa to relax and unwind (maybe book a treatment to enhance your stay), wild walks, delicious food and a cheeky cocktail if you fancy it. This is your retreat to reconnect with yourself and some likeminded (new) friends. You won’t need to lift a finger all weekend. Bliss.
