Dance

Dance is a global form of communication, no words needed just your body speaking with authenticity.

I offer weekly dance sessions which can be enjoyed as a way to keep physically active or as a holistic experience in self expression. You can take what you need from these fun and inspiring classes.

Regular dance sessions with Gill have a strong emphasis on letting loose and having fun, thereโ€™s no pressure to โ€œget the moves rightโ€ thereโ€™s no rules when it comes to enjoying dance together. 

My Latin Fit and FitSteps / Fusion classes have a revitalising energy to them whilst VeraFlow is more flowing and expressive. 

I also offer 1:1 dance exploration sessions and work with many children and young people with neuro-diverse needs.
