Yoga

The word yoga itself translates to Yoke or Union.

When we come home to our bodies on the mat we can find union with our breath and movement.

Yoga for me personally, has been an oasis when I have needed sanctuary during times of physical, mental and emotional challenge, but it’s also a place where I find joy and gratitude.

It is the most beautiful way of self healing and it’s within us all.

All you have to do is show up, step or sit on the mat and observe your breath.

My yoga classes are suitable for all levels, however the Energiser Yoga on Saturdays incorporates intermediate poses. 

I ALWAYS offer modifications and props so never be afraid to come along and give it a go.
